This system, first announced by McAlister and recalled in a later |

McAlister paper after repeated attempts at confirmation, has been |

restored. While perhaps still spurious, the subsequent confirmation or |

|
suspected duplicity (by another technique) makes the discovery |
|
|
measurement somewhat more probable. |
